Top Internet Players Ask India to Be Transparent on Intermediary Rules

Global Internet companies on Tuesday said they have sent an open letter to IT Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad, calling the government for improved transparency related to intermediary Guidelines (Amendment) Rules.
